YVFE2 series variable-frequency adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motors are variable-frequency adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motors powered by frequency converters. By changing the power frequency, the speed of the motor can be adjusted smoothly to achieve the purpose of energy saving and control automation.
YVFE2 series motors have high efficiency, wide speed regulation range, high accuracy, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance, their installation dimensions meet the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and their enclosure protection grade is IP55; The motor is equipped with external fan cooling fan; The motor rating is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1); The rated voltage of motor is 380V; Rated frequency of Class F insulation is 50Hz; The motor can ensure constant torque operation and constant power operation (50Hz to 60Hz for 2-pole motors, 50Hz to 100Hz for 4-pole to 6-pole motors other than 355-4, and 50Hz to 75Hz for 355-4 motors) within the frequency range of 3Hz to 50Hz.
Y3-355-450 is a fully enclosed low-voltage differential high-power three-phase asynchronous motor. The rated voltages of this series of motors are 380V and 660V (see the voltage column in the performance data for specific models and voltages). The rated frequency of 50HZ can also be made into low-voltage high-power motors with other voltages and frequencies according to customer requirements. The protection grade is IP55, S1 continuous working system, and the cooling mode is C411. The base adopts a heat dissipation rib structure, made of cast iron; The bearing can realize non-stop oil injection and is equipped with a waste oil storage device in the bearing chamber; Two independent cooling air paths take away the heat of the motor and reduce the temperature rise of the motor; All adopt high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet; The stator winding is Class H insulated enamelled wire; Vacuum impregnation ensures the reliability of insulation structure.
