YBX3 series high efficiency high voltage explosion proof three phase asynchronous motor adopts cast iron base, featuring compact structure, high protection level, easy installation and maintenance, etc. Through further optimised design and careful manufacturing, High Voltage Explosion Proof Motors have the advantages of high efficiency and energy-saving, reliable performance, low noise, low vibration, long service life, etc. The energy efficiency indexes have reached the first class of energy-efficiency level in GB30254-2013. High Voltage Explosion Proof Motors are suitable for driving various fans, compressors, pumps, machine tools, transport machinery and other general machinery and equipment, and are used as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises such as mines, iron and steel, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry and power stations, etc. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB30254-2013.

The explosion proof performance of High Voltage Explosion Proof Motors is in line with GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB 3836.2-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flame proof Shell "d"", and it is made into flame proof type, with explosion-proof grade of Exd II BT4 Gb. The explosion-proof grade is ExdⅡBT4 Gb. Mainly used in places with explosive gas mixtures.

 1.Structure and installation

 a. The shell protection grade of High Voltage Explosion Proof Motors is IP55, and it can reach IP55 or above according to the requirements of users.

 b. The installation method of standard motor is IMB3, other installation methods are available.

 c. Cooling method of motor is IC411 or IC416.
