  • Introduction of the Variable Frequency Motor    

Variable frequency motor can realize different speed and torque under the drive of frequency converter to meet the demand of load change. Variable speed drive motor refers to the motor that operates continuously at 100% rated load and 10%~100% rated speed under standard environmental conditions, and the temperature rise will not exceed the rated allowable value of the motor.

Variable frequency motor in Class B temperature rise design, Class F insulation manufacturing. The use of polymer insulation materials, vacuum pressure impregnation manufacturing process and special insulation structure has greatly improved the insulation withstand voltage and mechanical strength of the electrical winding, which is competent for high-speed motor operation and resistance to high-frequency current impact of frequency converter and damage to insulation caused by voltage.

  • Variable Frequency Three-phase Asynchronous Motor Tectonic principle

When the slip rate of AC induction motor changes little, the speed is proportional to the frequency. It can be seen that changing the power frequency can change the speed of asynchronous motor. Variable speed motor is always hoped that the main magnetic flux will remain unchanged during variable frequency speed regulation. If the main magnetic flux is greater than the magnetic flux during normal operation, the magnetic circuit will be over saturated, which will increase the excitation current and reduce the power factor; If the main flux is less than the flux during normal operation, the motor torque will decrease.
