Slip Ring Motors

YRKK series medium sized high voltage wound three phase asynchronous motors, also known as slip ring motors, are mainly used to drive various heavy-duty mechanical equipment, such as metal shears, crushers, ball mills, compressors, sugar presses, winches, conveyor belts, etc.

YRKK series medium sized high voltage asynchronous winding motors are motor products produced by our factory for many years, with reasonable structure and advanced technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance.

The slip ring motors adopts a box structure, and the base is made of welded steel plates, which is light in weight and strong in steel. A closed air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is easy to disassemble and assemble, making it easy to install and repair the slip ring motor. The stator adopts a press-fit structure, the stator windings are made of F-class insulation material, and the ends are reliably fixed and tied. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and ground voltage withstand tests, and imported advanced vacuum pressure impregnation paint is used. Solvent-free paint process (VPI) treatment, therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture-proof performance. The wound rotor is made of pure copper bars and uses F-class insulation material. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, which depend on the power and speed of the slip ring motors. The basic protection level is IP54, and IP55 rated motors can also be provided according to order requirements.
